These terms apply to the Ludo Break app, its Ludo and Snakes & Ladders games, online features, and companion website. Please read them before using the service.
1. Using Ludo Break
By using Ludo Break, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. You must be legally able to agree to these terms, or use the app with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision where allowed by applicable law. Any age restrictions on your app distribution listing also apply.
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the app for lawful entertainment, subject to these terms and your platform's rules.
2. Matches and guest accounts
Local play, computer opponents and online rooms may differ by platform and service availability. Online play requires a connection and a guest account. You are responsible for activity from your device and for choosing a player name that does not impersonate or harm others.
Guest identity and local progress may be lost when app data or device credentials are removed. Account recovery, cross-device transfer, uninterrupted matches and permanent storage of progress are not guaranteed. Connection failures, timeouts or leaving a match can affect a game's outcome.
3. Play fairly and respectfully
Do not cheat, modify game traffic, exploit bugs, bypass access rules, disrupt matches or attempt to access other players' information. Do not use the service for unlawful activities.
Do not send abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit or spam content. Do not publish personal information about yourself or others in chat. You are responsible for your player name and messages, and must have the rights to content you share.
You allow us to store, display and process submitted content as needed to provide the game and investigate reports. Players can mute, block or report messages. Moderation is not instantaneous or comprehensive; access or content may be restricted to address misuse, subject to applicable law.
4. Virtual coins and cosmetics
Coins earned in the game are virtual progress used for in-game features such as cosmetic board unlocks. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be cashed out, and are not prizes, deposits or investments. The current version does not sell coins or offer real-money wagering.
Virtual progress is stored on your device and may be lost if that data is removed. Game balance, rewards and available cosmetics may change with updates, subject to applicable consumer rights.
5. Game content and third-party services
The app's original artwork, branding, software and other protected content belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership. Do not redistribute, sell or reuse protected game assets without permission, except as applicable law or an open-source license permits.
App stores, hosting and online infrastructure have their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party services do not make those services part of Ludo Break.
6. Availability and responsibility
Ludo Break is a casual entertainment service. We aim to keep it working, but features may change, be interrupted or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be error-free or meet every expectation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Stopping use and changes
You can stop using the app at any time. Removing the app does not automatically remove online records; see the Privacy Policy for data requests. We may restrict access for serious or repeated misuse, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law.
We may revise these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will show a new date, and material changes will be communicated through the app, website or distribution listing as appropriate. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the affected service.
