Privacy Policy

1. Information we handle

On your device, the app saves your chosen player name, avatar and appearance, sound and motion preferences, selected boards, virtual coin progress, cosmetic unlocks, blocked-player preferences, and saved or resumable games. These features use local app storage.

When you use online play, Firebase Authentication creates a guest account with a unique identifier. Online features process that identifier, your displayed name and appearance, room membership, game moves and results, timestamps, and session information needed to join or resume a match. Guest play does not ask you to provide an email address or password.

If you send an online chat message or reaction, it is shared with players in the room. A chat report includes the reporting account, reported sender, room reference, reported message, timestamps and selected reason. Do not share sensitive or personal information in player names or chat.

2. How information is used

We use this information to save your preferences and progress, connect players, run and resume matches, display profiles and messages, investigate reports, and protect the service from misuse. Local play does not require an online guest account.

The current app and website do not include advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not sell personal information. The website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, browser or device information, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the service.

3. Sharing and service providers

Other players can see the profile and match information needed for online play. Room members can see chat messages. Authorized project administrators can access game records and reports for support and moderation.

Google Firebase provides guest authentication and cloud game storage. Hosting providers deliver the companion website. These providers process information to operate their services, and data may be processed outside your country. Firebase's privacy information is available at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect players and the service.

4. Storage and retention

Local information stays on your device until it is overwritten or removed by clearing app data or uninstalling, subject to your operating system's backup behavior. Losing local storage or guest credentials can make progress or an account unrecoverable.

Online room and session records remain in cloud storage until removed through service administration. An expired or finished room is not automatically deleted. The room retains a limited recent chat history, and reported messages are stored separately for review. Reports do not currently expire automatically. Retention is reviewed when handling support, moderation and deletion requests; there is no promised automatic deletion interval.

5. Your choices and requests

You can edit your player name and appearance, play locally without joining online rooms, mute reactions, and block players' messages on your device. Blocking messages does not prevent being matched with that player.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict processing, or complain to a relevant privacy authority. Contact aditya159121@gmail.com. Include the request and enough information to identify the relevant guest account or match, but never send passwords or other sensitive credentials.

Clearing local app data does not delete cloud records. Contact support before clearing the app if you need help identifying your online guest account. We may need to verify that a request concerns your information, and may retain records where required by law or needed to address abuse or disputes.

6. Children and online play

Online rooms and chat allow interaction with other players. If you are below the age at which you can consent to data processing in your location, ask a parent or guardian to review this policy and help you use the service. Do not provide personal information in chat. A parent or guardian who believes a child has shared personal information should contact support to request review and removal.

7. Security and policy updates

We use authentication and database access rules to help protect online information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. We may update this policy when features or data practices change; the date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the app, website or distribution listing as appropriate.
